We really keep it simple… we do everything we can to help things run smoothly.
We’re not like any other motor finance broker. We know that’s easy to say and harder to prove but we’re really not. We don’t provide you with a car and wave you on your way. We look after you from start to finish and beyond.
We are here Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (and often more) to assist with anything you’re not sure of, whether that be ‘Should I lease this vehicle personally or through my business if I’m a 40% taxpayer?’ or if it’s as simple as ‘Where do I sign?’... We’ve got a chartered accountant in house who’ll do the sums to figure out what’s the most tax efficient method of you procuring your vehicle (and he’s pretty good, if we say so ourselves).
We provide fleet mileage reviews and offer specialist advice as to amending your contract to suit the miles you’re driving. We’ve saved clients some serious money when they’re way under where they expected and helped to avoid some nasty excess mileage charge bills by looking after them throughout and making sure their mileage fits the bill.
We want your experience of leasing or buying a car to be the best so if you’re nearby we’ll come and check your vehicle’s in tip top condition before it goes back to the finance company too. We’ve helped customers avoid damage charges this way.
If you’ve got a cherished plate, we’ll sort that for you too. If you want to take your car abroad, we’ll get you the paperwork. If you want to elongate your contract or change the mileage, we’re equipped to do the lot – and we certainly don’t charge admin fees for any of it. You’re our customer and we’re you’re broker and that relationship means we look after you.
